All in-stock orders will be shipped USPS the following business day for orders placed Monday through Friday 1pm. Please allow two business days for orders placed after 1pm on Friday through Sunday.

BK&CO is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years Day, so orders placed after 2 pm on the previous day will not ship until the following business day.

BK&CO will make every effort to accommodate your order regarding size and color choices. If an item needs to be specially ordered, we will contact you with the expected delivery date. Most special orders will deliver in 2 weeks time, but special cuttings may require additional time.

We currently only ship to the Continental United States.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At BK&CO, our priority is to make you look and feel fabulous. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow our return procedures:

• We can accept returns within 14 days of purchase with your original receipt. Items will be refunded in the original method of payment within 3-5 days from receipt of goods. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Items you wish to return must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags intact. Please make sure to package items so as to not harm the merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse a return.
• Please feel free to ship returned merchandise via the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a vendor that will insure and allows you to track your package.
• Note: We cannot accept returns on jewelry, undergarments, and gift cards. Sale items are final sale and not returnable.
